General Advice for a Strolling Exercise

The book subtly invites its readers to stroll around aimlessly.

The point of strolling stems from my quarantine experience in my hometown in Tel Aviv during the COVID-19 era. During this time, I started exploring the world of meditation and inner freedom. The book describes the experience of wandering around throughout the entire day, in an attempt to find moments of peace and inspiration in the city, while everyone had to stay at home—limited in their freedom of movement.
